As a Quality Manager, you implement legal requirements together with customers and suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and ensure the quality of our products through precise control of all processes.
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- Management and further development of the quality management system
- Support with various certifications (IFS, GlobalG.A.P., Organic)
- Conducting product inspections, analyses and quality controls in production
- Preparation of product specifications and label compliance checks
- Reviewing and maintaining customer and supplier documentation
- Managing supplier certificates and documents
- Complaint management
- Conducting supplier visits and audits
Your Profile
- Secondary school diploma or university degree in agriculture/food or comparable studies, or relevant professional experience in quality management or the food sector
- Reliability, willingness to learn, team spirit and flexibility
- Independent and responsible working style, willingness to travel
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good language skills (German/Italian/English)
- Motivation and enthusiasm for your work
